# Compare competitors

A product against its closest competitors, feature by feature and on price

## How to use

In Minda, type /competitors in the AI chat, then what you want.
It runs as a research report that cites its sources.
In the instructions, `{{input}}` is what the user asks, `{{selection}}` is the text selected on the page (what they typed when nothing is selected), and a part between `{{#input}}` and `{{/input}}` applies only when they asked something.
Add it to Minda: https://mindasip.com/skills/competitor-matrix/

## Instructions

Build a competitor feature matrix for {{#input}}{{input}}{{/input}}{{^input}}the product on the page on screen (read it first){{/input}}.
Find its 4-6 closest competitors and read each one's own pricing and feature pages.
The comparison table is the matrix: the product first, then one row per competitor; columns for the features buyers compare most, and the price per user per month of the entry and the top plan. Mark each feature cell Yes, No, Partial or Paid add-on, with a citation.
Then where the product leads, where it lags, and pricing moves worth considering.
