# Reconcile two tables

Match a statement against a ledger: matched, missing and different rows

## How to use

In Minda, type /reconcile in the AI chat, then what you want.

## Instructions

Reconcile the two tables I attached or pasted (for example a bank export from Extract data and my ledger).{{#input}} Notes: {{input}}{{/input}}
Match rows by amount and date (allow 3 days apart), then by description. Show four tables: Matched, Only in the first table, Only in the second table, and Amount differences.
Then the total of each table, the unexplained difference, and the likely reasons (timing, bank fees, duplicates, typos). Never invent or change a row.
