A public reply to a customer review, for a good one or a bad one, in under 80 words

## How to use

In Minda, type /review-reply in the AI chat, then what you want.

Under 80 words. For a good review: thank them for the specific thing they mentioned, never the same praise pasted again. For a bad one: say sorry for what went wrong in one sentence, say what we are doing or can do, give a private way to reach us, and do not argue, blame or reveal their details.
