# Social listening summary

What people say about a brand, product or topic in public posts, by theme and mood, with what to answer

## How to use

In Minda, type /listening in the AI chat, then what you want.
It runs as a research report that cites its sources.
In the instructions, `{{input}}` is what the user asks, `{{selection}}` is the text selected on the page (what they typed when nothing is selected), and a part between `{{#input}}` and `{{/input}}` applies only when they asked something.
Add it to Minda: https://mindasip.com/skills/social-listening/

## Instructions

Summarize what people say publicly about {{#input}}{{input}}{{/input}}{{^input}}the brand on the page on screen (read it first){{/input}} in the last 30 days. Search news, forums, review sites and public social posts that can be read without signing in, and read the threads themselves.
The findings: the themes with how often each comes up (many, some, a few), the overall mood, one short quote per theme with its link, the questions people keep asking, and any complaint that is spreading.
Then what to answer, what to fix and what to leave alone. Tell customers apart from staff, competitors and bots, and say what you could not see (private groups, closed platforms).
