Share the client’s folder
Give the SI agent read or change access to the folder with the statement, receipts or ledger. Files outside it stay out of reach.

Match this statement to the ledger and mark the misses in yellow, or enter these receipts in the expense portal as drafts.

It says what matched and what did not, changes a sheet with Undo on the step, and leaves portal entries as drafts until you approve.
Can AI reconcile a bank statement against a ledger?
Yes: it matches the two tables row by row, lists what matched, what is missing and what differs, and marks the misses in the colour you ask for.
The Reconcile two tables skill does it in a chat; the SI agent does it on files in a folder you share.
Its recipe works the amounts out with code over the whole file, rather than retyping them.
Fills come in red, light red, yellow, green or orange; a CSV gets a flagged .xlsx copy beside it, as CSV holds no colour.
It never overwrites a formula cell and writes no formulas of its own.
How do I get receipts into an expense system without typing them?
The SI agent reads each receipt photo or PDF, fills the expense form in your portal one entry per receipt, and reads each entry back against its receipt.
Say “save as draft” or “for my review” and every Submit, Approve or Pay waits for your OK in that run, Auto mode included. Text in receipt photos is read on Windows; a scanned PDF with no text layer is not read yet.
Is client financial data safe to give an AI agent?
It goes only where you send it: the cloud AI provider you pick receives what a request uses, and Keep SI on this computer sends nothing to any cloud AI.
With Keep SI on this computer, only a model on your own computer (Ollama) answers.
The SI activity log lists each request’s provider, model, host and sizes, never the words.
Sync is end to end only with your own passphrase; by default Minda’s server can read synced items.

It has no bank or accounting software API connection; it works in their web pages with your sign-in.
Frequently asked questions
Can Minda pay bills or move money?
It will not finish a payment on its own. Ask before paying is on by default: a press that pays, buys or places an order, and card or bank details typed, wait for your OK, and a background task waits in Tasks until you answer.
Which AI models can I use on client files?
The one you choose: Minda’s hosted models on credits, your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or Qwen keys with no credits used, or Ollama on your own computer. Keep SI on this computer refuses every cloud provider before anything is sent.
Does Minda work with my accounting software?
Through its built-in browser, not an API. The SI agent signs in to your accounting or invoicing site in a workspace and fills its pages, saving entries as drafts when you ask. Through MCP it can also save to Excel, Word or a Google Sheet.
Can I see what was sent to an AI provider?
Yes. The SI activity log lists every model request with its provider, model, host, character counts and the titles of pages used. The words themselves are never kept, neither there nor in the credit history.
