Minda Super Intelligence is the AI agent app for your computer, and for recruiters it keeps each job board and client portal signed in apart, adds new roles at target companies to a spreadsheet, fills empty candidate fields from profiles you open and writes interview notes. How it works

  1. Keep every board apart

Job boards, client portals and your inbox each get a workspace, so two accounts on one site stay signed in.

  2. Let the repeat work run

A scheduled scrape adds new roles at your target companies to Excel; the SI agent fills empty candidate fields from profiles you open.

  3. Make the call yourself

You get tables, notes and drafts to check. When you ask for drafts, every Send and Submit waits for your OK.

How can recruiters find companies that are hiring right now?

A scrape job reads careers pages or job board searches on a schedule and adds only the roles it has not seen before to Excel or CSV.

Recruiting3
  • A page rule can tell you when a client’s careers page adds or removes a role.

  • Deep research writes a cited brief on a company before a pitch.

  • Free allows one schedule; Pro allows unlimited.

Can AI fill a candidate tracker from profiles?

Yes, from profiles you open: the SI agent copies what the page shows into the empty fields of your sheet or tracker and never overwrites a field already filled.

It works in the profile site with your own sign-in, in a workspace, and each page action counts toward the 10 a day on Free. It records what a page shows; it judges a candidate only if you ask, and you check what it wrote.

Can Minda take notes during candidate interviews?

Yes: on Meet, Zoom web, Teams or any tab it writes the interview into a note as people speak, then adds a summary and to-dos when you stop.

  • Before your first recording it reminds you that people may need to be told, and where their speech goes.

  • The audio is never saved: the transcript in the note is the record.

  • Free with your own OpenAI key or Windows’ recognizer; Minda’s hosted AI uses credits.

Recruitment agencies

Agency recruiters who win clients and fill roles across many job boards

  • Lists new roles at your target companies each morning, new rows only
  • Keeps each job board account and client portal in a workspace of its own
  • Writes a short pitch brief on a company from the pages it read

In-house talent teams

Company recruiters who post roles, run interviews and update hiring managers

  • Prepares you for an interview from your calendar: who, their company and open questions
  • Turns a hiring manager’s long email thread into a to-do list with due dates
  • Copies one job post into several boards’ forms and stops before Publish

Career coaches

Coaches who help people choose roles and apply well

  • Ranks the job postings in your open tabs side by side for a client
  • Drafts a short, specific cover letter for the posting on screen
  • Rewrites a letter in the tone you type, such as formal or warm

What it does not do

Where this version stops, in plain words, so you know before you rely on it.

  • Minda gives no legal advice on hiring or employment rules; a person checks its work and makes every hiring decision.

  • Minda holds no compliance certification. Candidate details you send to a cloud AI provider go to that provider; Keep SI on this computer, with a local model, is the alternative.

  • There is no ATS or job board API connection; it reads and fills their web pages with your sign-in.

  • Social account finds rely on public pages and search results, so a common name can return the wrong person.

Frequently asked questions

Will Minda message candidates for me?

Not by itself. Automations never click or type on chat, social or mail sites, and reply drafts give you up to 3 answers to send yourself. When you ask the SI agent for drafts, every Send, Post or Submit waits for your OK.

Does Minda store candidates' personal details?

Only what you save, in your own files, notes and sheets. The social account finder never asks for or keeps a private person’s phone number, home address or age. Synced items are encrypted on your computer first; Minda’s server can read them unless you set your own passphrase.

Can a recruiting team share Minda?

Yes. Team seats cost $30 per member a month, for 2 to 500 seats, with 14 days free. An admin can give a department a company workspace with the firm’s sites, and it is removed from a person’s computer, with its sign-ins, when they leave the team.

How many profiles can the SI agent work through a day?

On Free it acts on pages 10 times a day, signed in, and each click or form fill counts. Pro, at $25 a month or $240 a year, has no daily limit. Chat, page reading and research are not counted.
