Put briefs, checks and web scrapes on a schedule

Minda Super Intelligence runs SI briefs and checks on a schedule, from every 15 minutes to your own cron, and scrape jobs with no AI that send new rows to a note, Excel, your API, email or WhatsApp. Free allows one scheduled task; Pro is unlimited. Runs need Minda open; cloud automations work while it is off.

Runs use the workspace's own sign-ins, on your computer
Limit
Cloud automations: 20 on Pro, public pages only

How it works

  1. Say what and when

Ask the SI chat "every weekday at 8, brief me on my calendar and mail", or start from a template: daily brief, meeting prep or weekly review.

  2. Or pick values to scrape

Point at the prices, names or links on a page, let it follow next pages, and send new rows to a note, Excel or CSV, your API, email or WhatsApp.

  3. Get the result, or a question

Changes and failures show as notices. A run that reaches a payment waits for your OK and tells you; one that fails three times in a row pauses itself.

How do I schedule a web scrape without code?

Pick the values on the page with the pointer, set how often it runs, and Minda keeps only the rows it has not seen before.

A scrape job uses no AI model, so it spends no credits. It can follow a page's next links, and it sends only new rows on: to a note, an Excel or CSV file, your own API as a webhook, an email from your own mail account (SMTP), or WhatsApp.

Each job runs in the workspace it was made in, with that workspace's sign-ins, so a listing page you must log in to works like a public one.

What runs while my computer is off?

Cloud automations do: they run on Minda's server on a schedule, when your own web address is called, or when a public page or API changes.

They tell you in Minda, by email or at your webhook, and can ask Minda's hosted models about what they found, using your credits. Pages you are signed in to are never read there, because your cookies and passwords are not on the server.

Pro turns on 20 cloud automations at once. SI briefs, scrape jobs and the SI agent itself still need Minda running on your computer.

How often can a scheduled task run?

As often as every 15 minutes, on a cron rule you write, or once at a time you pick.

Scheduled tasks4
  • Repeats: every 15 or 30 minutes, hourly or every few hours, daily, on weekdays, weekly, before each calendar event, or a custom cron.

  • One-time jobs: "in 10 minutes, check the order page and tell me the status"; a one-time job counts toward your limit only until it has run.

  • Timers and reminders, such as "remind me at 15:30 to call the landlord", show a notification with a sound, use no AI and no credits, and never count as a scheduled task.

  • A weekly review says which schedules work, and a schedule that fails three times in a row pauses itself.

What it does not do

Where this version stops, in plain words, so you know before you rely on it.

  • Scheduled tasks and scrape jobs run only while Minda is running on that computer; closing the window is fine in background mode, quitting is not.

  • Free allows one scheduled task and one background task at a time; Pro has no limit on either.

  • Cloud automations need Pro and never read pages you are signed in to.

  • Schedules are not synced: each computer keeps its own.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a scheduled run needs my OK?

It waits in Tasks and posts a notice, for example before a payment. If nobody answers within 30 minutes, the OK counts as declined and the run goes on without that step. Minda on your phone can Allow, Deny or Stop it too.

Do scheduled tasks use Minda SI credits?

Only SI runs on Minda's hosted models do, from 1 credit a standard message (larger models cost more). Scrape jobs use no AI, and SI runs on your own AI keys or Ollama use no credits. A cloud automation that asks Minda's hosted models uses at most 20 credits a run.

Is a scheduled task the same as an automation?

No. A scheduled task runs a job at set times. An automation waits for an event, such as a change on a page, a new message or a finished download, then acts, with if and otherwise branches. Free includes one scheduled task and two automations turned on at once.

Can a schedule use the SI agent on sites I am signed in to?

Yes. A schedule keeps the workspace it was made in and opens pages with that workspace's sign-ins, out of your sight. It acts on its own and stops before anything that pays. Its clicks and typing count as agent actions: 10 a day on Free, no limit on Pro.
