Find and qualify prospects, then keep the list up to date
Minda Super Intelligence researches leads: its SI agent searches the web, reads company sites in hidden tabs of its built-in browser and writes a qualified list to Excel or a note, while a scrape job adds new rows from a directory each day. Search and reading are free; Free allows 10 agent actions a day. Sites’ terms still apply.

With Minda
4 steps done for you
You do this once
Find dental clinics in West Yorkshire that take new patients, with a contact for each, and put them in Leads.xlsx.
- The SI agent searches and reads each clinic’s site in hidden tabs
- It checks each one against your rules and says why it fits or not
- It writes the qualified list to Leads.xlsx
- A daily scrape job on a directory page adds only new clinics, and can send them to your CRM’s API

-
Describe a good lead
Tell the SI agent the kind of business, the area and what makes a fit, or point it at a directory page you already use.
-
It reads and qualifies
It searches, opens each site in a hidden tab and checks it against your rules. Helpers can take a town each, side by side.
-
Keep the list fresh
Save the list to Excel, then schedule a scrape job on the directory: each morning it adds only the rows it has not seen.
How do I automate lead research without code?
Ask the SI agent in plain words for the prospects you want, then turn the page they came from into a scrape job that runs on a schedule.
The Tasks panel has a template called Collect leads every day: it reads Name, Phone, Address, Email and Website from up to 5 pages of a list, keeps only new rows, runs daily at 09:00 and writes to a note and an Excel file. You pick each field on the page with the pointer instead of writing selectors.
How does the SI agent decide which leads fit?
It reads each company’s own pages against the rules you write, such as services, size or location, and says why a row fits or not.
For a wider question, Research mode plans sub-questions, searches and reads up to 80 pages in one report, numbering the pages it used, so you can check a claim before you call. For a list that already exists, Extract data turns a directory page into rows for Excel or CSV with no SI involved.
Where do the leads end up?
Wherever you set on the job: a note, an Excel or CSV file, your own API, an email or a WhatsApp message.
Your API: a JSON POST of the rows, so your CRM or a workflow tool can take them
Email through your own SMTP account, with the rows as an Excel attachment
WhatsApp through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and a business number
Every run, or only runs that found new or changed rows
Can Minda find a company’s social accounts and contacts?
Yes: right-click a profile or a selected name and choose to find its social accounts, and the SI saves them under Library, People.
It reads what the profile page and the search engines show. An organisation’s emails and phones are kept only as they appear word for word on its pages, and it never keeps a private person’s phone, address or age.
The features behind it
Each one is part of Minda on its own, and the plan line says which plan includes it.
SI agent that acts on pages
Ask the SI to click, type and fill forms on a page for you; it acts on its own and stops for your OK before anything that pays.

Deep research
Reports built from many pages that cite only what was actually read.

What it does not do
Where this version stops, in plain words, so you know before you rely on it.
Scrape jobs read what a desktop browser sees; a site that blocks automated visits or shows a CAPTCHA fails the run.
A job follows next-page links, not buttons that load more by script, and stops after a minute on a page.
Minda reads what a site shows you or your sign-in; you are responsible for each site’s terms and for the rules on contacting people.
Social account searches can miss people with common names or pick wrong accounts, which you then remove.
Frequently asked questions
Is lead research free in Minda?
Mostly. Searching, reading pages and deep research are on every plan, Free includes one scheduled scrape job, and the SI agent may click, type and fill 10 times a day when you are signed in. Pro ($25 a month) makes scrape jobs unlimited and removes the agent’s daily limit.
Can new leads go straight into my CRM?
Yes, through your CRM’s own API: a scrape job can POST each run’s new rows as JSON to an address you set, with one header for a key. Only you add that address in the job’s settings; the SI chat never sets one.
How often can a lead scrape run?
From every 15 minutes up to a cron rule of your own, or once at a time you pick. Each run can follow up to 20 next pages, a second apart, and keeps at most 5,000 rows.
Will a site know Minda visited?
Yes: it sees an ordinary browser visit, with your sign-in where you have one. Minda does not hide its visits or get past log-ins, CAPTCHAs or paywalls; the SI agent leaves those to you.
