Pro for every member, company workspaces and the policies you set
Minda Super Intelligence team seats give every member Pro, company workspaces with your sites ready in each person's Minda, approved shared workflows and admin policies, with an exportable audit log and one bill. Seats cost $30 per member a month or $300 a year, for 2 to 500 seats. SAML single sign-on, SCIM and DLP are not built yet.

How it works
-
Buy seats
Create the team from Pro, or by buying seats from any plan, and pick monthly or yearly billing. The first 14 days are free and need no card.
-
Invite or verify your domain
Invite colleagues by email, or verify your company domain so people at it join without an invite. Then group members into departments.
-
Set workspaces and policies
Build company workspaces with your sites, choose who gets each one, approve shared workflows and set policies. Each member's Minda follows the next time it reads the team.
What does a team seat include?
Pro for the member, which means the SI agent with no daily limit, unlimited workspaces and 2,000 Minda SI credits a month, plus the team's shared tools.
Your company domain: colleagues at it join without an invite.
Company workspaces with your sites, for everyone or for a department such as Sales.
Shared team apps in every member's sidebar, and shared workflows an admin approves.
An audit log of every change, exportable, with each member's last activity and credits.
One bill with your company's name and tax ID.
How do company workspaces work?
An admin builds a workspace with the company's sites and chooses who gets it, and it appears ready in each member's Minda, signed in apart from their own browsing.
A team can have up to 10 workspaces of 20 sites each, for everyone or for any of up to 20 departments. Members cannot rename, remove or move the company's sites, but can add their own apps beside them. Minda shares no passwords: each person signs in to those sites themselves.
When someone leaves or is removed, their computer deletes the company workspaces and wipes their cookies and site data the next time it reads its teams. Signing out, being offline or a lapse of the seats removes nothing.
Which policies can a team admin set?
Blocked and allowed sites, a team proxy, private windows, keeping SI on members' computers, allowed AI providers, chat retention, extensions, sync and connectors.
IT can also set policies on each computer through the Windows registry (Group Policy or Intune) or a policies.json file on Windows, macOS and Linux, and a computer's own setting wins over the team's. Members see "Managed by your team" where a policy applies, and a refusal names who set it.
The features behind it
Each one is part of Minda on its own, and the plan line says which plan includes it.
Teams and enterprise policies
Pro for everyone on the team, company workspaces with your sites already in them, approved workflows, and admin policies like Chrome's managed policies.
PlanCreate a team: Pro, or buy seats from any plan (the team is made with its first seats). Join a team: every plan. Seats: $30 per member per month, or $300 a year
Workspaces with separate sign-ins
Each workspace has its own cookies and sign-ins, so you can be in several accounts of the same site at once.
PlanFree: 3. Pro: unlimited
Your own proxy servers
Send chosen sites, or every site, through your own HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy; a paid team can set one for its members.
PlanFree (a team proxy comes with paid team seats)
Private SI controls
Turn built-in SI off, keep SI on this computer, use temporary chats, and read a log of everything the SI sent.
PlanFree
Encrypted sync
Keep bookmarks, history, passwords, notes, skills, highlights and SI chats on every computer and your phone.
PlanFree (every plan)
What it does not do
Where this version stops, in plain words, so you know before you rely on it.
SAML single sign-on, SCIM, data-loss prevention and forced extensions are not built yet.
Team data is stored as plain text on Minda's server and members can read it.
Company workspaces need paid seats, with at most 10 workspaces of 20 sites and 20 departments per team.
There are no browsing reports: admins see only each member's last activity, devices and credits.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Minda cost for a team?
$30 per member per month, or $300 a year, which is $25 a month, for 2 to 500 seats. A team's first seats get 14 days free without a card. Seats can be added or removed at any time, prorated, and joining a team costs a member nothing on any plan.
Does Minda support single sign-on for teams?
Not yet: SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are not built. Each member uses their own Minda account, signing in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Apple or an email code, and can add two-step sign-in with an authenticator app. People at your verified company domain join without an invite.
Can a team send its traffic through its own proxy?
Yes. A paid team can set a team proxy, HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5, for chosen sites or for every site, and for those sites it wins over a member's own proxies and Hide my IP. It covers pages in Minda, not the whole device.
