What is a workflow template?
A rule Minda has already written: what starts it, what it checks and what it does. You open it, fill in the parts it asks for, change any step you like and save it as your own workflow.
Where do these workflows run?
Some run in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. Others run on Minda's cloud under your Minda account, so your computer can be off. 12 come in both kinds, and each page says which.
How do I use a cloud workflow?
Press Sign in and use this template on its page. Once you sign in to your Minda account, the template opens as a new workflow, ready for you to check and save.
What is a ready-made task?
A job written out for the SI agent: the steps it takes, the rules it keeps and the parts you fill in. Some run when you start them, others on a schedule. Each task's page shows its full prompt.
