Score each resume I download
When a resume or CV finishes downloading, your agent scores it from 1 to 5 against your role, with gaps and questions. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It starts when a download finishes.

What you get
A score from 1 to 5 Your agent scores each resume or CV against the role and the must-haves you wrote.
Strengths and gaps The answer lists the strengths and the gaps, so you see why a resume got its score.
Three interview questions It adds three interview questions for each resume you download.
No guessing about the person The agent is told not to guess a name, age or origin when it scores a resume.
Why use this?
This rule sends each resume you download to your agent as soon as the download ends, and the scores wait in Tasks. You still decide who to talk to.

Frequently asked questions
Which files does it score?
A pdf or docx file with resume, cv or curriculum in its name. Other downloads are ignored.
What do I fill in?
The role and its must-haves, in the agent’s instruction, and the saved agent that does the work.
Does it decide who to hire?
No. It gives a score, strengths, gaps and interview questions. It cannot send anything, and the decision stays with you.
Where do I read the score?
In Tasks, where the agent leaves its answer. A notice in Minda tells you which file it is scoring.
Does Minda have to be running?
Yes. The rule runs on your computer and sees a download only while Minda is open.
