Summarize each PDF I download

Every PDF under 20 MB you download is read by your agent, which gives a five-line summary, key numbers and dates. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It starts when a download finishes.

It runs in the Minda app: Automations → Templates → Summarize each PDF I download. Minda Super Intelligence for Windows is coming soon.

What you get

  • A five-line summary Your agent reads the PDF in Downloads and gives you a summary in five lines.

  • Numbers and dates pulled out It lists the key numbers and dates, so you do not have to hunt for them in the file.

  • What you must do It also tells you anything you must do after reading the document.

  • Only normal-sized PDFs The rule runs only for PDFs under 20 MB, and you can add a site or a word of the name to narrow it more.

Why use this?

As soon as a PDF finishes downloading, this rule has your agent read it, and the summary waits in Tasks. You decide whether the file needs a full read.

Frequently asked questions

Which downloads does it summarize?

PDF files under 20 MB. You can narrow it further by adding a site or a word from the file name.

Where does the summary appear?

Your agent leaves the summary in Tasks. A notice with the file name appears when it starts reading.

What do I need first?

A saved agent. Pick it in the rule. Nothing else needs filling in.

Can the agent change or send anything?

No. It reads the file and answers in Tasks, and it cannot click, type or send anything.

Does it need Minda to be open?

Yes. Downloads are watched on your computer, so Minda has to be open when the PDF finishes.
