Listing portals, your agency site and your inbox each keep their own sign-ins, so accounts never mix and the SI agent knows where to look.

Add each property’s rent, size, area and viewing rules to the bot’s notes, then set each chat to Allow, Ask or Block.

How can an agent see new property listings without refreshing portals all day?
A scrape job reads a portal’s search results on a schedule, follows the next pages and adds only the listings it has not seen to a note, Excel or CSV.
Pick the price, address and size on one result with the pointer, and Minda reads the same fields on every result.
Schedules run as often as every 15 minutes while Minda is open; Free allows one, Pro unlimited.
A rule can watch one listing and tell you when its price or status changes, or when it disappears.
Can an AI reply to property enquiries on WhatsApp?
Yes, from your own notes: an opted-in WhatsApp Web tab or your Telegram bot answers with the facts you wrote, and anything it cannot back up waits for you.
It stays out of a chat for 12 hours after you write in it yourself, and a switch stops it at once.
WhatsApp auto reply is off until you turn it on in Settings, Chatbot, and answers only new messages.
It runs on your computer while Minda runs; the chats stay on your computer.
WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram and X are not covered in this version.
Can Minda put the same listing on several portals?
The SI agent can copy a listing’s details into each portal’s form in that portal’s workspace, and when you ask for drafts it stops before Publish or Submit.
Photos can be scaled down to the size a portal asks for, turned upright and stripped of their location data, then uploaded from a folder you share. Each page action counts toward the 10 a day on Free; Pro has no daily limit.

Frequently asked questions
Does the bot tell people they are talking to an AI?
Yes. At first contact it says the message is an automated reply from your AI assistant, and when someone asks for a person it hands the chat to you. It also stops a back-and-forth with another bot.
Can I use Minda on my phone between viewings?
Minda on your phone is a web app, not a store app. Sign in with an email code to read your synced notes and bookmarks, save links, send a task to Minda on your computer and answer what it asks.
How much does Minda cost for one agent?
Free covers 3 workspaces, one scheduled scrape and 10 SI agent actions a day. Pro, at $25 a month or $240 a year, makes workspaces, schedules and automations unlimited and adds the agent with no daily limit. It starts with 7 days free and no card.
Can Minda look up a buyer or landlord online?
It can find a person’s public social accounts and news from a right-click, but it never asks for or keeps a private person’s phone number, home address or age. Published contact details are kept for organisations only.
