How do agencies manage many client social accounts in one browser?
Give each client a workspace: its cookies and sign-ins are its own, so the same site can be open in several accounts at once.

New-message cards come from the mail, chat and social pages you keep open, and Focus pauses them by workspace.

Can an AI agent update client rank trackers and reports?
Yes: the SI agent can fill a keyword tracker from a rank tool’s pages and mark drops in red, or turn research into a Word, PDF or Slides file.
It changes an existing .xlsx or .csv in place, in a folder you share with it, keeps every other part of the file as it was and never overwrites a formula cell. The old file goes to the Trash and the step has Undo. Deep research cites only the pages it actually read.
Will Minda publish posts for my clients by itself?
Not when you ask for drafts: a request that says draft or “for my review” makes every Post, Publish, Send or Submit wait for your OK.
A saved agent can carry Leave sends for my review on its job card, so every one of its runs holds.
Reply drafts give up to 3 answers in your voice; you put one in the chat box and press Send yourself.
Automations never click or type on social, chat or mail sites, whose terms ban automated sending.

The review hold knows a finishing step by its button’s name, so a site that posts from a button named Save or Comment is not held.
Team data on Minda’s server is plain text that members can read, not end-to-end encrypted.
Social account finds come from what public pages and search engines show, so a common name can bring wrong accounts for you to remove.
On Free the SI agent acts on pages 10 times a day; Pro has no daily limit.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Minda cost for an agency team?
Team seats cost $30 per member a month or $300 a year, for 2 to 500 seats, with 14 days free and no card. Every member gets Pro: the SI agent with no daily limit, 2,000 credits a month and unlimited workspaces. Joining a team is free on every plan.
Can one client's account see another client's?
No. Each workspace has its own cookie partition, so sign-ins never mix. The SI agent enters only a workspace your own words name, never one a web page names, and team admins set policies but see none of a member’s browsing data.
Does Minda replace a social media scheduler?
No. It works inside the scheduler you already use: the SI agent can fill in posts and leave them scheduled or as drafts for your review. Minda has no posting API of its own.
Can I take a note of every client call?
Yes, on every plan. Meeting notes writes the call into a note as people talk, marked You and Others, and adds a summary, decisions and to-dos at the end. It is free with your own OpenAI key or Windows’ recognizer, and the audio is never saved.
