Fill web forms and records from your data, and approve what matters
Minda Super Intelligence does data entry for you: its SI agent reads a file or page, types each record into the web form in your signed-in account and can leave entries as drafts for your review. Ask before paying is on by default. Pro has no daily limit; Free allows 10 agent actions a day.

4 steps done for you
You do this once
Enter the 8 March invoices from this client’s folder in the portal, and leave them for my review.
- The SI agent reads each PDF, and receipts from their photos
- It fills number, date and amount for each, in the client’s own workspace
- It checks each entry against the file
- Submit waits for your review, and anything that pays waits for your OK

Every job and line of workHow it works
-
Share the source
Share the folder that holds the file, or open the page with the data. The SI agent reads spreadsheets, PDFs, Word files and text in pictures.
-
Say what goes where
Name the form and the fields, such as each row into New contact, saved as a draft. It fills in hidden tabs while you keep working.
-
Approve the last step
A press that pays waits for your OK, and when you ask for drafts, Submit, Send and Post wait too. The log lists every action.
Can Minda fill out web forms for me?
Yes: the SI agent clicks, types and fills whole forms on its own, field by field, and stops for your OK before anything that pays.
It fills text, menus, dates and radio buttons, and fills password and card values only when you give them, never reading them back. Stop between two fields ends the form there: what is filled stays and nothing is submitted.
How do I keep entries as drafts until I check them?
Say so in your request, such as “save as draft” or “leave it for my review”, and any step that would submit, send, post or approve waits for you.
The hold covers presses on Submit, Send, Post, Publish, Approve, Pay or Merge and an Enter that would send; Save, Save draft and Preview go ahead. When the entries look right, tell it to submit them.
Can it type data into Excel or a desktop program?
Into a spreadsheet file, yes; into another program only after you turn on computer control and choose how far it may go.
The SI agent changes an existing .xlsx or .csv in place: cells by address, a column by its header, rows coloured, never a formula overwritten, with the old file kept in the Trash. Typing in other programs is off until you turn it on in Settings, Integrations, This computer, and the Computer level runs Off, Look only, Ask each step or Full control.
The features behind it
Each one is part of Minda on its own, and the plan line says which plan includes it.
SI agent that acts on pages
Ask the SI to click, type and fill forms on a page for you; it acts on its own and stops for your OK before anything that pays.

Connectors and integrations
The SI reads your calendar and Notion pages (read-only) and, through MCP, saves to Excel, Word or a Google Sheet and calls your API on its own (Auto mode), each step shown under the reply.

Page tools that run on your computer
Extract page data to Excel or CSV, read text from images, translate, get video transcripts and screenshot a page to ask the SI.

Background, scheduled and scrape tasks
SI briefs and checks that run on a schedule, and no-AI page scrapes that send new rows to a note, file, API, email or WhatsApp.

What it does not do
Where this version stops, in plain words, so you know before you rely on it.
Page actions reach the main page only, not forms inside frames such as embedded payment or sign-in boxes.
Log-ins, CAPTCHAs, age checks and paywalls are left to you: take over, then hand the page back.
The draft hold reads button names, so a site that submits by its own script after a field changes can slip past it.
Reading text in pictures is Windows only, and a scanned PDF without a text layer is not read yet.
Frequently asked questions
Does data entry count against the daily limit?
Yes: each click, typing step or form fill is one SI agent action. Free allows 10 a day when signed in, enough to try a job; Pro ($25 a month) has no daily limit. Reading the source file or page does not count.
Can it enter data from receipts or PDFs?
From PDFs with a text layer and from photos, yes. It reads a PDF page by page and reads text in pictures with Windows’ own recognizer, keeping each item beside its price on a receipt.
What does the action log keep?
The tool, the site and the result of every step, never the page text or what was typed. You can watch a run by opening its tab, take over for a log-in or CAPTCHA, and hand it back.
Can I run the same entry job every week?
Yes. Ask the SI chat to schedule it, from every 15 minutes to a cron rule of your own. Scheduled runs act on their own, and a step that pays waits for you; if nobody answers, it ends as a no.
