Follow up on a call recording
When you download a call recording or transcript, your agent writes a summary, the decisions and a follow-up draft. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It starts when a download finishes.

What you get
Notes from the recording Your agent reads the file in Downloads and writes a short summary, the decisions and the action items.
An owner for each action Each action item names its owner, so after the call it is clear who does what.
A follow-up mail to review The agent drafts a follow-up mail for you to review, and it cannot send it.
Only the files you mean It reacts to mp3, m4a, wav, vtt and txt files with your word in the name, and ignores other downloads.

This rule hands a recording or transcript to your agent as soon as the download finishes, and the answer waits in Tasks. You read it, edit the follow-up mail and send it yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Which files does it react to?
Downloads of type mp3, m4a, wav, vtt or txt with the word you enter in the file name. Other downloads are ignored.
What do I fill in?
A word that is in the file’s name, and the saved agent that should do the work. Save the agent first.
Where does the answer appear?
In Tasks, once the agent is done. Minda posts a notice with the file’s name as soon as the work starts.
Can the agent send the follow-up mail?
No. The agent cannot click, type or send. It writes the mail as a draft, and you send it yourself.
Does it need Minda to be open?
Yes. It runs on your computer and watches your downloads, so Minda has to be open when the file finishes.
