When you download a contract or lease, your agent lists its risks by clause and three questions to ask before signing. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It starts when a download finishes.

Risks listed by importance The agent lists the risks in order of importance, covering money, term, exit, liability, auto-renewal and anything one-sided.
Each risk with its clause Every risk points to the clause it comes from, so you can find it in the document.
Questions before you sign It adds three questions to ask before signing, written in plain words.
Not legal advice The agent is told to state that this is not legal advice, so treat it as a first read.

Frequently asked questions
Which files does it read?
A pdf or docx file with contract, agreement, terms or lease in its name. Other downloads are ignored.
Is this legal advice?
No. The agent is told to say so. It lists risks and questions, and the decision to sign stays with you.
Where do I read the list?
Your agent leaves the list in Tasks, and a notice with the file name tells you it has started.
Can the agent sign or send anything?
No. The agent is read only: it cannot click, type or send, and it only writes the list in Tasks.
What do I need first?
A saved agent. Pick it in the rule. Nothing else needs filling in.
