Each booking your tool sends to your web address is summed up in one line: who, when and what. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. You can run it in the Minda app on your computer or on Minda's cloud under your Minda account.

What you get
Who, when and what The AI writes one line on who booked or signed up, for when and what they asked for.
Missing details are named If a booking leaves out a detail, the line says so instead of filling it in.
Note, notice and Telegram On your computer the summary is saved as a note, shown as a notice and sent to your Telegram.
Email in the cloud In the cloud, Minda AI writes the summary and it is emailed to you.

How do I connect my booking tool?
Save the rule, copy the web address it shows, and set your booking tool to send each booking there.
What does the summary say?
One line on who booked or signed up, for when and what they asked for. It says so when a detail is missing.
Does it add the booking to my calendar?
No. On your computer it saves a note, posts a notice and messages you on Telegram. In the cloud it emails you. It does not touch a calendar.
What do I need set up first?
A Telegram bot for the computer version. The cloud version needs nothing.
Does it need Minda open?
The computer version needs Minda open. The cloud version runs on Minda’s cloud with you signed in.
