  • Ops
  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar

What you get

  • Finds meeting requests It checks each new email since the last run that asks to meet, talk or find a time.

  • Reads your real calendar It reads your calendar for the days ahead and picks three free slots within your working hours.

  • No clashes It skips slots that overlap anything, including tentative events, and times back to back with another meeting.

  • Time zone and length The draft writes out the time zone, matches any length they mentioned and asks them to pick one.

Why use this?

Minda reads your calendar so the three slots it offers are really free. Each reply is a Gmail draft in the thread. It creates, moves or declines no event until you confirm the slot they picked.
