Qualify each new inquiry and draft the first reply

Minda scores each new customer inquiry from 1 to 5, adds it to your lead sheet and drafts the first reply, nothing sent. It is a ready-made task for the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence. It runs when a new email arrives. It works with Gmail, Google Sheets and HubSpot.

In Minda: Tasks → New → Browse tasks → Qualify each new inquiry and draft the first reply. Minda Super Intelligence for Windows is coming soon.

  • Gmail
  • Google Sheets
  • HubSpot

What you get

  • Checks each new email It checks each email since the last run for a possible customer and stops if there is none.

  • Skips people you have It looks for the same person or company in your CRM or lead sheet and skips anyone already there.

  • Scored with a reason It scores each new lead from 1 to 5 against your ideal customer and gives one line on why.

  • A draft in the thread It adds a row, then drafts a reply that asks two qualifying questions and offers your booking link at a score of 3 or more.

Why use this?

Each possible customer gets the same first steps: a check for duplicates, a score against your ideal customer, a row in your sheet and a reply drafted in your voice. It uses only facts from the email and your own sources, never quotes a price that is not on your pricing page and never sends.

The full prompt

This is what the SI agent is asked to do. The parts in brackets are what you fill in.

When new email arrives, check each email since the last run: is it an inquiry from a possible customer? If none is, stop. For each one, look for the same person or company in [CRM or lead sheet link] and skip anyone already there, noting the thread. Score the rest from 1 to 5 against [my ideal customer in one line] and say why in one line. Add a row: date, name, company, email, what they want, score, source. Draft a reply in my voice that answers their question, asks the [2] qualifying questions I still need answered, and offers [my booking link] when the score is 3 or more. Save it as a Gmail draft in the thread. Rules: use only facts from the email and my sources; never quote a price that is not on [my pricing page]; never send. Finish with each lead, its score, and whether the draft is ready or needs me.

Who is it for?

  • Sales reps Leads arrive by email and you want each one scored, logged and answered fast.

  • Founders who sell You read every inquiry yourself and want a first reply drafted for you.

  • Teams sharing a lead sheet You keep leads in one sheet and want no duplicates and a score on every row.

Frequently asked questions

Does it send the reply?

No. It saves the reply as a Gmail draft in the thread and never sends. You read it, change it and send it yourself.

How does it score a lead?

From 1 to 5 against your ideal customer in one line, with one line on why. A score of 3 or more gets your booking link.

What if the lead is already in my sheet?

It skips them and notes the thread, so nobody is added twice.

What goes in the row?

The date, name, company, email, what they want, the score and the source.

What do I fill in?

Your CRM or lead sheet link, your ideal customer in one line, your booking link and your pricing page.

When does it run?

Saved as a workflow, it checks every hour for new email since the last run.
