Looks up each outside guest For each outside attendee it checks the company site, their public LinkedIn page and recent news for their role and company.
Checks your Gmail It searches your Gmail for the last 3 threads with them and says what is still open or was promised.
Every fact has a source The brief states only facts it can link to, and it says so when it cannot tell who someone is.
Why use this?
Before each meeting, Minda reads the event, looks up each outside guest and your Gmail threads with them, and puts the result on one screen. It never writes to or messages anyone.

Frequently asked questions
What does the brief include?
Who each outside attendee is, what changed recently, what they likely want and questions you should ask. It ends with the one thing you must not forget.
Where does it get its facts?
From the event itself, the company site, the person's public LinkedIn page, recent news and your Gmail threads with them. Every fact comes with a source link.
Does it contact anyone?
No. It never writes to or messages anyone. It only reads and then briefs you.
What if it cannot tell who someone is?
It says so instead of guessing. It only states facts that come with a source link.
Can I skip some meetings and people?
Yes. Fill in the words to skip, such as Focus or Lunch, and events with those words in the title get no brief. Your company's domain tells it which people to skip.
How do I start it?
