Send me yesterday's numbers from my dashboards

Minda reads yesterday's numbers from your dashboards into one table every weekday at 8am and flags big changes. It is a ready-made task for the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence. It runs weekdays at 8am. It works with Google Sheets. You fill in [dashboard links], [metrics], [threshold] and [sheet link].

  • Data
  • The web
  • Google Sheets

What you get

  • Reads your dashboards It opens each dashboard you list, already signed in, and reads yesterday's values for the metrics you pick.

  • Compared with last week The table shows each metric for yesterday and the same day last week, with the change in percent.

  • Flags big changes Any change over your threshold comes with the likely cause it can see on the page, such as a campaign, traffic source or refund.

  • Numbers from the page only It never estimates, and it skips a dashboard that asks you to sign in or shows no data.

Why use this?

Minda opens each dashboard you list, reads the numbers and puts them in one table. It can also add them as a new row in your sheet, and it ends with the three numbers that matter most today.

The agent follows these on every run.

  • Read numbers from the page only, never estimate

  • If a dashboard asks me to sign in or shows no data, say which one and skip it

  • Don't change any setting, budget or campaign

The full prompt

This is what the SI agent is asked to do. The parts in brackets are what you fill in.

Every weekday morning, open my dashboards: [dashboard links, e.g. analytics, ads manager, payments]. I'm already signed in. On each, read yesterday's values for [metrics, e.g. visitors, sign-ups, revenue, ad spend, cost per sign-up] and the same day last week. Give me a table: metric, yesterday, last week, change %, and flag any change over [threshold, e.g. 20%] with the likely cause you can see on the page (a campaign, a traffic source, a refund). Rules: read numbers from the page only, never estimate; if a dashboard asks me to sign in or shows no data, say which one and skip it; don't change any setting, budget or campaign. Add the numbers as a new row in [sheet link, optional]. Finish with the three numbers that matter most today.

Who is it for?

  • Founders watching the numbers You want revenue, sign-ups and ad spend in one table before the day starts.

  • Marketers tracking campaigns You want a change in ad spend or traffic flagged with the campaign or source behind it.

  • Analysts keeping a log You keep a sheet of daily numbers and want a new row added each weekday.

Frequently asked questions

When does it run?

Weekdays at 8am once you save it as a workflow. You can also start it yourself at any time.

Do I need to be signed in to my dashboards?

Yes, you should already be signed in. If a dashboard asks you to sign in or shows no data, it says which one and skips it.

Can it change anything in my dashboards?

No. It only reads. It does not change any setting, budget or campaign.

What do I fill in?

Your dashboard links, the metrics to read, the change threshold and, if you want one, a sheet link for the new row.

How does it decide what to flag?

Any change over the threshold you set gets flagged, with the likely cause it can see on the page.
