What you get
Goes row by row It works top to bottom through every row and researches the columns you name, such as website or industry.
Finds the right company The existing info in the row identifies the right entity, and it checks official sites first, then directories and recent news.
A source for every value Values go in a consistent format and the source URL goes in your source column, which it adds if it is missing.
Never overwrites your data Cells that already hold data are left alone, and a value it cannot verify is marked NOT FOUND, not guessed.
Why use this?
Minda researches every row, writes the values it can verify and marks the rest NOT FOUND. When two sources disagree, it prefers the official site and notes the conflict.

The full prompt
This is what the SI agent is asked to do. The parts in brackets are what you fill in.
Open my sheet [sheet link]. For each row (each record), research and fill in the missing columns: [columns to fill, e.g. website, employee count, industry, city]. Use the row's existing info to find the right entity: check official sites first, then directories and recent news. Write values in a consistent format and put the source URL in the [source] column (add one if it's missing). Rules: never guess; if you can't verify a value from a real source, leave it blank and write NOT FOUND; if two sources disagree, prefer the official site and note the conflict. Don't overwrite cells that already hold data. Work top to bottom through all rows. If you hit limits or run long, tell me exactly where you stopped so I can rerun from there. Finish with counts: filled, not found, conflicts.

Frequently asked questions
What do I fill in?
Your sheet link, the columns to fill, and the name of your source column.
What if it cannot find a value?
It writes NOT FOUND instead of a guess. It never fills in a value it cannot verify from a real source.
What happens when two sources disagree?
It prefers the official site and notes the conflict. The counts at the end include the conflicts.
Will it overwrite what is already in my sheet?
No. Cells that already hold data stay as they are.
What if the sheet is very long?
If it hits limits or runs long, it tells you exactly where it stopped so you can rerun from there.
