Tell me when a survey or review score is low
A survey or review score that comes in below your line gets a notice and a Telegram text, or an email from the cloud. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It starts when a web address of yours is called. It works with Gmail.

What you get

You pick the score field You name the field that holds the score and the number it must fall below, so the rule fits your tool.

Why use this?
Your survey or review tool sends each answer to a web address of yours. The rule reads the score from it and tells you only when it is below the line you set, so an unhappy customer does not wait in a list.

How do I connect my survey tool?
Save the rule and Minda shows its web address. Point your survey or review tool at it so each answer goes there.
What do I fill in?
The name of the score field in what your tool sends, and the number a score must be below to count as low.
What happens to a higher score?
The run ends after the check, so no notice, text or email is sent for it.
Does it contact the customer?
No. It only tells you. Nothing is sent to the person who gave the score.
Which version should I use?
The computer version needs Minda open and a Telegram bot for the text. The cloud version runs on Minda’s cloud with you signed in and emails you.
