Draft a birthday note for today’s birthdays
Each morning your agent reads your contacts sheet and drafts a short, warm note for every birthday today. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It runs on a schedule, at 08:00 every day.

What you get
Finds today’s birthdays Every day at 8:00 your agent opens your contacts sheet and finds the people whose birthday is today.
A note in your voice For each person it writes a short, warm note of two sentences in your voice.
Nothing is sent The notes are drafts in Tasks for you to review, and Minda sends nothing to anyone.
Quiet on other days If nobody has a birthday today, the agent says so in Tasks and that is all.
Why use this?
Remembering a birthday is easy. Writing the note on time is the hard part. This rule asks your agent each morning and leaves drafts in Tasks, so you copy the one you like and send it yourself.

What do I fill in?
The link to your contacts sheet and a saved agent. The sheet needs a name and a birthday for each person.
Does it send the notes?
No. The notes are drafts in Tasks, and the agent cannot click, type or send. You send each one yourself.
When does it run?
Every day at 8:00 on your computer. You can change the time in the rule.
What if nobody has a birthday?
The agent says so in Tasks. Minda still posts its morning notice that the rule ran.
Does it need Minda to be open?
Yes. It runs on your computer, so Minda has to be open at that time.
