Log each invoice mail with my task
Each mail that mentions an invoice or a receipt runs your own Log invoices schedule on that mail, and Minda posts a notice. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. You fill in [schedule].

What you get
Your schedule does the work Minda runs the saved schedule you pick on that very mail, so your own task decides what to log.
The mail goes in as input The schedule gets the sender, the site and the text of the mail, so it works on the one that came in.
A notice for each run Minda posts a notice that says your schedule is running on this mail and that its report is in Tasks.
Why use this?
If you already have a schedule that logs invoices, this hands each new invoice mail to it as the mail arrives, so you do not press Run now yourself. The mail is data for the schedule, never an instruction it follows.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need before I turn it on?
A saved schedule of yours, such as one called Log invoices. You pick it in the rule’s Schedule field.
What does the schedule receive?
The sender, the site and the text of the mail. The schedule treats it as data to work on, not as instructions.
Where do I see the result?
In Tasks. The notice Minda posts says your schedule is running on this mail and that its report is in Tasks.
Does it pay or send anything itself?
No. The rule only starts your schedule and posts a notice. What the schedule does is up to the task you wrote.
Can I close Minda?
No. The rule runs on your computer and starts from a mail Minda shows, so Minda has to be open.
