Note every invoice or receipt mail
Every mail that mentions an invoice or a receipt becomes a note in Minda, and a notice tells you it is saved. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

Which mails does it pick up?
New mail on a mail page in Minda, such as Gmail, whose text contains the word invoice or receipt.
Does it write to a Google Sheet?
No. It saves a note in your Notes and posts a notice in Minda. It does not open or fill a spreadsheet.
Does it pay, reply to or forward the mail?
No. It only saves a note and posts a notice. It never pays an invoice, answers the mail or sends it on.
Does Minda need to be open?
Yes. It runs on your computer and reads new messages on pages in Minda, so Minda has to be open. Private windows never count.
What do I fill in?
Nothing. The words it looks for are already set, and you can change them in the rule before you turn it on.
