Note every renewal or expiry mail
A mail that says something renews, expires or a trial ends gets a note with the service, the date and the amount. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It works with Gmail.

Which mails does it pick up?
New mail on a mail page in Minda whose text contains renews, renewal, expires, expiring, auto-renew, trial ends or will be charged.
What if the mail has no date or amount?
The AI is told to answer UNKNOWN for what the mail does not say. Read the mail itself to be sure.
Does it cancel or pay anything?
No. It saves a note and posts a notice. It never cancels a plan, pays a bill or replies to the mail.
Where do the notes go?
Into your Notes in Minda. Each note title starts with Renewal and the sender’s name, and the body holds the AI’s line and the mail text.
Does it work with Minda closed?
No. It reads mail on pages in Minda, so Minda has to be open on your computer.
