List what renews in the next 60 days
On the 1st of each month, Minda reads your contract sheet and lists what renews or expires in the next 60 days. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. You can run it in the Minda app on your computer or on Minda's cloud under your Minda account.

A look ahead each month At 9:00 on the 1st, your agent or Minda AI reads your sheet and lists every row due in the next 60 days.
Vendor, date, amount, notice Each row shows the vendor, the date, the amount and the notice period, sorted by date.
NONE when nothing is due If no row falls in the window, the answer says NONE instead of listing guesses.
Tasks or email On your computer the list is in Tasks and a notice tells you, and in the cloud Minda AI emails it to you.
Why use this?
A renewal you notice late is a renewal you pay for. Once a month this rule reads the sheet where you keep your contracts and subscriptions and lists what comes due in the next 60 days, so you can cancel or renegotiate in time. It only reads and lists, and it cancels nothing.

Frequently asked questions
What should my sheet hold?
A row for each contract or subscription, with the vendor, the renewal or expiry date, the amount and the notice period.
What do I fill in?
The link to your sheet. On your computer you also pick the saved agent that reads it. The rule runs at 9:00 on the 1st of every month.
Can the cloud version read a private sheet?
No. Minda AI reads a page without signing in, so publish the sheet to the web first. On your computer the agent opens the sheet in a Minda tab.
Does it cancel or renew anything?
No. It only reads the sheet and lists what is due. Cancelling or renegotiating is up to you.
Where does the list go?
On your computer the agent leaves it in Tasks and a notice tells you. In the cloud it arrives by email with the subject Renewals in the next 60 days.
