Tell me what is in each spreadsheet I download
Each csv, xlsx or xls file you download is read by your agent, which says what it holds and what looks odd. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It starts when a download finishes.

What you get
What the file holds Your agent reads the file in Downloads and lists its sheets, its columns and how many rows it has.
Totals of number columns It adds up each column of numbers, so you see the size of the data before you open the file.
Odd cells pointed out It names empty cells, duplicates and outliers, the things that break a report later.
Only normal-sized files The rule runs only for csv, xlsx and xls files under 20 MB and ignores other downloads.
Why use this?
A new export is a mystery until you open it. This rule has your agent read each spreadsheet you download and write what is in it, so you know whether it is the right file before you spend time in it.

Which files does it react to?
Downloads of type csv, xlsx or xls that are under 20 MB. Other downloads are ignored.
What do I fill in?
A saved agent. Pick it in the rule. Nothing else needs filling in.
Where does the answer appear?
Your agent leaves it in Tasks. A notice with the file name appears when it starts reading.
Does it change the file?
No. The agent only reads. It cannot click, type, edit or send anything.
Does it need Minda to be open?
Yes. Downloads are watched on your computer, so Minda has to be open when the file finishes.
