Keep a reading list of my newsletters
Each newsletter that reaches your inbox is saved to your Notes with two lines on what it is about and what is worth reading. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It works with Gmail.

Frequently asked questions
How does it know a mail is a newsletter?
It looks for a phrase in the mail text: unsubscribe, view in browser, newsletter or this week in. Only mail from a mail site counts.
What does the note hold?
Its title is Newsletter and the sender. The body has the two lines from the AI, then the message text.
Does it read the whole newsletter?
No. It reads only the preview that the mail notification shows, so the two lines come from that.
Do I get a notice for each one?
No. The rule saves a note and stays quiet, so your reading list fills without interrupting you.
Does it unsubscribe or reply?
No. It saves a note and nothing else. It never replies and never clicks a link.
