Sort replies to my outreach
Each new mail is checked for replies to your outreach, and the ones that are replies are noted as interested, later or no. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

What you get
Replies sorted for you Your AI starts each line with INTERESTED, LATER or NO, then names the person, the company and what they want next.
Other mail skipped A mail the AI calls UNRELATED is left alone, so your notes hold only replies to your outreach.
A note and a notice Each reply is saved as a note with the sender and the text, and Minda posts a notice.
Mail pages only The rule runs only for mail, so chat messages never start it.
Why use this?
After an outreach mail, the replies land in the same inbox as everything else. Your AI reads each new mail, decides whether it answers one of yours and puts the answer in one line, so the people who are interested stand out. Nothing is sent back.

What does the AI put in each line?
It starts with INTERESTED, LATER, NO or UNRELATED, then the person, the company and what they want next, in one line.
What happens to mail that is not a reply?
The AI marks it UNRELATED and the rule stops there, so no note is saved and no notice is posted.
Does it answer the person?
No. It saves a note and posts a notice. Nothing is sent to anyone.
What is in the note?
Its title carries the AI’s line. The body has the sender and the message text.
Does it need Minda open?
Yes. The rule runs on your computer, so Minda has to be open when the mail comes in.
