Tell me when part of a page changes

Pick a status, a count or a headline on a page you have open, and Minda posts a notice when it changes. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

It runs in the Minda app: Automations → Templates → Tell me when part of a page changes. Minda Super Intelligence for Windows is coming soon.

What you get

  • Watch one part of a page You pick a status, a count or a headline, and Minda watches only that part of the page.

  • Old and new side by side The notice shows what the part says now and what it said before, with the page address.

  • Any change counts No condition is set, so every change to the part you picked posts a notice.

Why use this?

Minda reads the part of a page you pick, in an open tab, and posts a notice whenever it changes. You do not have to sit and refresh the page to see whether a status or a count moved.

Frequently asked questions

What do I fill in?

The page address and the part of the page to watch. You pick the part on the page itself, then give it a name.

What does the notice say?

It gives the site, what the watched part says now, what it said before and the page address.

Does the tab have to stay open?

Yes. The part is watched in an open tab on your computer, so Minda has to keep running too.

Can it watch a page when Minda is closed?

No. For a public page, use the template called Tell me when a page changes, which does not need Minda open.

Does it click or change anything on the page?

No. It only reads the part you picked and posts a notice.
