Invoice slip to note
A slip or an invoice you download is read by your AI, and its amount and date are saved in a note for you. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

What you get
Reads the file itself Minda reads the text of the PDF or picture you just downloaded, and never opens or runs the file.
Amount and date pulled out Your AI labels it as an invoice, a receipt or other, and pulls out the amount and the date.
A note in Minda The note is titled with the label, the amount and the date, and it keeps the file’s text for later.
Only money files It reacts only to a PDF or a picture with invoice, receipt, slip or bill in its name.
Why use this?
Bills and slips pile up in Downloads, and typing the amount into a note by hand is slow. Your AI reads each one and saves the amount and the date in a note, and a notice tells you it is done.

Frequently asked questions
Which downloads does it react to?
A PDF, PNG or JPG whose name has invoice, receipt, slip or bill in it. Other files are left alone.
How does it read a picture?
Minda reads the text in a picture with your computer’s own text reader. A file with no readable text stops the run with a short reason.
Where does the file’s text go?
The text is sent to your AI chat’s model to be sorted, so it follows the same settings as your chat.
What does the note hold?
The label, amount and date in its title, then the site and file name, the AI’s one line, and the text it read.
Does it open or move the file?
No. It only reads the file from your Downloads folder and leaves it where it is.
