Pull the details out of each invoice I download
A PDF you download with invoice, receipt, bill or statement in its name is read by your agent, which lists its details in a table. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

What you get

Why use this?
Typing invoice details into a sheet by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. When you download an invoice, a receipt or a bill as a PDF, your agent reads it and lays the vendor, the dates, the total, the tax and the line items out as a table. It only reads the file.

Which downloads does it read?
PDFs with invoice, receipt, bill or statement in the file name. Other files are ignored, and downloads in a private window never count.
What does the table hold?
The vendor, the invoice number, the date, the due date, the total, the tax and the line items, and a note if anything is unclear.
Does it pay or file the invoice?
No. The agent only reads the PDF and writes in Tasks. It pays nothing and moves no file.
Where do the details appear?
In Tasks. Minda posts a notice with the file name when the agent starts reading.
What do I fill in?
The saved agent that reads the file. Nothing else needs setting up.
