Spot accounts whose usage dropped and draft check-ins

Minda finds accounts whose usage fell over the last 14 days and drafts a check-in email for each one in Gmail. It is a ready-made task for the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence. It runs on Mondays at 9am. It works with Google Sheets and Gmail. You fill in [usage sheet or dashboard export link].

In Minda: Tasks → New → Browse tasks → Spot accounts whose usage dropped and draft check-ins. Minda Super Intelligence for Windows is coming soon.

  • Sales
  • Google Sheets
  • Gmail
  • The web

What you get

  • Compares two periods Every Monday it compares each account over the last 14 days with the 14 days before.

  • Lists the real drops It lists accounts that fell by more than the percent you set, with both totals and the change.

  • Skips the wrong ones It skips churned or paused accounts, tiny accounts and anyone you already checked in with lately.

  • A draft for each It saves a short, friendly check-in in your voice as a Gmail draft and sends nothing.

Why use this?

A drop in use is an early sign an account may leave. Minda reads your sheet every Monday, picks out the drops and drafts a note for each one, so the first message is ready when the week starts. It never offers discounts and never sends.

Where does the usage data come from?

From the usage sheet or dashboard export you link. It reads the numbers as they are and never estimates a missing one.

Can I change the drop that counts?

Yes. The percent, the two periods and the smallest account size are blanks you fill in before you start it.

When does it run?

Saved as a workflow, it runs on Mondays at 9am, and you can change the day and time. You can also start it yourself.

What do I get at the end?
