Weekly summary of my form feedback
Every Friday at 4:00 PM your agent reads the last 7 days of answers in your responses sheet and sums up the themes. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It works with Google Sheets.

What you get
A weekly read of answers Your agent reads the answers of the last 7 days in the sheet where your form collects them.
Three themes with quotes It picks the three themes and gives a quote for each, so you see what people said in their own words.
Mood and replies The summary says how many answers came in, the mood, and anything that needs a reply.
Answer in Tasks The summary waits in Tasks, and a notice says your feedback is there.
Why use this?
Form answers are easy to collect and hard to read each week. On Fridays your agent reads the answers of the last 7 days and sums up the mood and the three themes, with a quote for each and a note of what needs a reply. It only reads the sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Where does it read the answers?
In a responses sheet that you link, such as a Google Sheets or Typeform results page. The agent opens it in a Minda tab.
What does the summary include?
How many answers came in, the mood, the three themes with a quote each, and anything that needs a reply.
Does it reply to anyone?
No. The agent only reads the sheet and writes in Tasks. It sends nothing.
When does it run?
Every Friday at 4:00 PM, while Minda is open on your computer. You can change the time and the day in the rule.
What do I fill in?
The link to your responses sheet and the saved agent that reads it.
