Tell me on Telegram when a background task ends
When an AI task or a scheduled run ends, done or failed, Minda posts a notice and sends its name and result to your Telegram. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open.

What you get
Know when it finishes You hear as soon as a background task ends, so you do not have to watch Tasks for it.
Done or failed The rule reacts to tasks that end done or failed, and a task that was stopped stays quiet.
Name, result and agent The notice and the text give the task’s name and how it ended, and the notice says which agent ran it.
Reaches your phone Your Telegram bot writes to you, so you can be away from the screen and still find out.
Why use this?
Long tasks and scheduled runs finish while you are doing something else. This rule watches for the end of each one and tells you whether it finished or failed, with the task’s name. It only reports and does not start, stop or change a task.

Frequently asked questions
Which tasks does it report?
AI tasks you start and scheduled runs. One that an automation started is not reported.
What if a task is stopped?
Nothing happens. The rule only reacts to done and failed, so a stopped task is not reported.
What do I need set up first?
A Telegram bot, connected in Settings under Chatbot. If it is missing, the notice still shows and only the Telegram step fails.
Where do I see what the task did?
In Tasks. The notice and the text only give the name and how it ended.
Does Minda have to be open?
Yes. It runs on your computer and sees a task end only while Minda is open.
