What you get
Built from your week It looks at your sent Gmail, your calendar, the project docs or boards you link and your saved notes.
Four plain sections Each update covers what is done, what is in progress with dates, blockers and what you need, and next week's top three.
Plain bullets, no guesses It keeps to your word limit, lists only work it can see evidence of and marks unclear items '(check)'.
Saved, not sent The result is a Gmail draft to the recipients you name, or a note if you leave that blank, and it is never sent.
Why use this?
On Friday afternoon Minda goes back through your week of sent mail, meetings and notes and hands you a short draft. You decide whether to send it as is or change something.

Frequently asked questions
Does it send the update?
No. It saves a Gmail draft, or a note if you leave the recipients blank, and then asks whether to send it as is or change something.
What does it read?
This week's sent Gmail, your calendar, the project docs or board links you give it, and your saved notes.
What if it cannot tell what happened?
It marks the item '(check)' instead of inventing a status. It lists only work it can see evidence of.
Can I keep it short?
Yes. You set the word limit, and it writes plain bullets within it.
Will it include confidential items?
No. It leaves out anything marked confidential.
When does it run?
Fridays at 4pm once you save it as a workflow. You can also start it yourself.
