  • The web
  • Gmail
  • LinkedIn

What you get

  • Reads your lead sheet It goes through each company in your sheet that has no draft yet, and researches the company and the person.

  • One real reason to write It looks through their site, recent announcements, job posts and public posts for one verifiable reason that connects to your offer.

  • A short, specific email Each email has a subject line, an opener built on that reason, one sentence on the value and a soft ask for your call to action.

  • Saved, with its source The reason and its source link go in your notes column, and the email is saved as a Gmail draft to the address in the row.

Why use this?

Minda researches each company and person, finds one reason to write and drafts the email around it. It never invents a fact, a mutual connection or a compliment, and it never sends.

Frequently asked questions

Does it send the emails?

No. It never sends. Each email is saved as a Gmail draft to the address in the row, for you to review first.

What does it research?

The company and the person: their site, recent announcements, job posts and public posts from the last 90 days. You can change that window.

What if a row has no email address?

It skips that row and counts it as skipped.

What do I fill in?

Your sheet link, your offer in one line, the call to action and the name of your notes column.

Will it make up details to sound personal?

No. It never invents a fact, a mutual connection or a compliment. The reason it uses comes with a source link.
