Send me a Monday repo health report

Every Monday at 9am, Minda opens your GitHub repo and reports on the last 7 days, then names the three things to fix first. It is a ready-made task for the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence. It runs on Mondays at 9am. It works with GitHub. You fill in [GitHub repo link] and [bug label].

In Minda: Tasks → New → Browse tasks → Send me a Monday repo health report. Minda Super Intelligence for Windows is coming soon.

What you get

  • The week in one report It covers pull requests opened, merged and still open, issues opened and closed, new bugs, failing checks on main, and releases.

  • Stale pull requests flagged Any pull request open over 5 days or waiting on review is listed with its author, age and what it is waiting on.

  • Saved as a note The report is saved as a note, and it finishes with the three things the team should fix first this week.

  • Read only It uses only what GitHub shows and never comments, reviews, merges, closes, labels or re-runs anything.

Why use this?

Every Monday your repo's pull requests, issues, checks and releases go into one report. Stale pull requests are listed, and the report ends with the three things to fix first.

The full prompt

This is what the SI agent is asked to do. The parts in brackets are what you fill in.

Every Monday, open [GitHub repo link] in my signed-in tab and report on the last 7 days: pull requests opened, merged and still open (flag any open over [5] days or waiting on review), issues opened vs closed, new bugs labeled [bug label], failing checks on the main branch, and releases. Finish with the three things the team should fix first this week.

Who is it for?

  • Engineers who own a repo You want a weekly view of pull requests, issues and checks without opening each page.

  • Team leads You want to know which pull requests are stuck and what the team should fix first.

Frequently asked questions

What does the report cover?

The last 7 days: pull requests opened, merged and still open, issues opened and closed, new bugs with your label, failing checks on the main branch, and releases.

How does it flag stale pull requests?

It flags any pull request open longer than the number of days you set, 5 to start with, or waiting on review. Each one is listed with its author, age and what it is waiting on.

Can it change anything in the repo?

No. It uses only what GitHub shows and does not comment, review, merge, close, label or re-run anything.

What if I lack access to a page?

It says which page needs access you do not have, because it reads only what your signed-in tab can see.

What do I fill in?

The GitHub repo link and the label you use for bugs. The limit for stale pull requests is already filled in.

When does it run?

Every Monday at 9am once you save it as a workflow. You can also start it yourself.
