Tell me when stock runs low
When your shop’s inventory update shows a quantity below your number, Minda posts a notice and messages your Telegram. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs in the Minda app on your computer while Minda is open. It needs a Telegram bot set up first.

What you get
Fed by your shop’s updates Your shop sends each inventory update to a web address that Minda gives you.
You name the field You tell it which field holds the quantity, and it reads that one number from each update.
Only when it is too low If the quantity is not below your number, the run ends and nothing is posted.
A notice and a text When it is low, Minda posts a notice and your Telegram bot writes to you with how many are left.
Why use this?
Your shop sends each inventory update to a web address of yours, and this rule reads the quantity from it. When the quantity falls below your number, you get a notice and a Telegram message.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect my shop?
Minda shows a web address once you save the rule. Set your shop or inventory tool to call it with each update.
What do I fill in?
The name of the field that holds the quantity, and your low number. A Telegram bot has to be connected in Settings under Chatbot too.
What happens when stock is fine?
Nothing. If the quantity is not below your number, the run ends without a notice or a message.
Does it reorder stock?
No. It only posts a notice and sends a Telegram message. Ordering is up to you.
Does Minda need to be open?
Yes. It runs on your computer, so Minda has to be open to receive your shop’s updates.
