Draft a review request for each delivered order
When your shop reports a delivered order, Minda drafts a short mail that asks the customer for a review, for you to send. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It starts when a web address of yours is called. It works with Gmail.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect my shop?
Save the rule and Minda shows a web address. In your shop, point the delivered order webhook at it so each delivery calls it.
What do I fill in?
Your review link, the page where customers leave a review. It sits in the AI’s instruction as a blank, so fill it in before you turn the rule on.
Does it check that the order was delivered?
No. It drafts for every order your shop sends. Pick the delivered order topic in your shop’s webhook settings so only deliveries call it.
Does it email the customer?
No. It writes a draft and sends nothing to the customer. You send the mail yourself.
Where do I find the draft?
On your computer it is saved in your Notes and a notice tells you. In the cloud it is emailed to you.
