Weekly summary of my reviews
Every Monday at 9:00 Minda reads your reviews page and sums up the week: the mood, the top praise and complaints, and what needs a reply. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. It runs on a schedule, at 09:00 on mon. It works with Gmail.

What you get
A weekly read of reviews On Mondays at 9:00 Minda reads the reviews of the last 7 days on the page you name.
Mood, praise, complaints The summary says how many reviews came in, the mood, the top praise and the top complaints.
Replies flagged It says which reviews need a reply, and on your computer it adds a draft line for each.
Computer or cloud On your computer an agent reads the page and answers in Tasks, and in the cloud Minda AI emails the summary.
Why use this?
Reviews pile up between the times you look. Every Monday this rule reads the last 7 days of reviews, sums up the mood, the top praise and the top complaints, and flags the ones that need a reply. It only reads and writes a summary, and it never posts a reply.

Frequently asked questions
Which reviews page can I use?
Any page that lists your reviews, such as your Google Business reviews or a Trustpilot page. In the cloud it has to be a public page.
What do I fill in?
The page to read. On your computer you also pick the saved agent that reads it, and it opens the page in a Minda tab.
Does it reply to reviews?
No. It only reads and summarizes. On your computer the agent drafts a line for each review that needs a reply, and you post it yourself.
Where does the summary go?
On your computer the agent leaves it in Tasks and a notice tells you. In the cloud Minda AI emails it to you with the subject Your reviews this week.
How long is the cloud summary?
Minda AI is asked for plain text under 200 words, so the email stays short.
