Draft reminders for overdue invoices with an aging summary

Minda drafts a courteous reminder for each overdue invoice every weekday morning and sums up what is owed by age. It is a ready-made task for the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence. It runs weekdays at 9am. It works with Google Sheets and Gmail. You fill in [receivables sheet or accounting page link] and [payment link or instructions].

What you get

  • Reads your receivables It reads your receivables sheet or accounting page for invoices that are overdue or due within a few days.

  • Skips the wrong ones It skips invoices marked disputed or paid, and any you were already reminded about recently.

  • A courteous draft each Each reminder goes to the billing contact with the invoice number, amount, due date and how to pay, and turns firmer past an age you set.

  • An aging summary You also get the total owed by customer, split into current, 1 to 30, 31 to 60 and over 60 days.

Why use this?

Each weekday morning Minda reads your receivables, drafts a reminder in your voice for every invoice that needs one and saves it as a Gmail draft. It takes amounts and dates from the sheet only, and it never threatens, adds fees, offers discounts or sends.
