One-line alerts from my task board
Paste a web address into your task board’s webhook settings, and each change on the board arrives as one line. It is a ready-made workflow in Minda Super Intelligence, and you can change any step before you save it. You can run it in the Minda app on your computer or on Minda's cloud under your Minda account.

What you get
One line per change The AI says in one line what happened on the board: the card or issue, who did it and what changed.
MINE comes first If a card or issue was assigned to you or mentions you, the line starts with the word MINE.
A notice or an email On your computer the line is a notice and a Telegram message, and in the cloud it is an email to you.

A busy board sends more changes than you can read. This rule turns each one into a single line and puts MINE in front when it is yours. You see it as a notice and a Telegram message, or as an email if you run it in the cloud.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect it to my board?
The rule gives you a web address of its own. Paste it into the board’s webhook settings, and each event sent to it runs the rule.
What does the line say?
The card or issue, who did something and what changed. It starts with MINE if it is assigned to you or mentions you.
What do I need first?
For the computer version, a Telegram bot connected in Settings under Chatbot. The cloud version needs only your account.
What is different in the cloud?
The cloud version uses Minda AI and emails the line to you. It runs on Minda’s cloud, so your computer can be off.
Does it change anything on my board?
No. It only receives events and writes one line about each. It never writes to your board.
