The themes with how often each appears (many, some or a few): what buyers like, what goes wrong (size, quality, delivery, packaging, service), and the questions they ask again and again. One short quote per theme, word for word.
Then the 3 changes that would remove the most complaints (a listing fix, a product fix, a packing or delivery fix) and a line to add to the description that answers the top question.
