Copy-paste cost calculator
Start from an example, or type your own numbers. The examples are illustrations, not measurements.
How to use it
- Press an example to start from, or type your own minutes a day, days a week and how many people do it.
- Add an hourly rate and the currency sign you use to see it in money; set the rate to 0 to see hours only.
- Press Work it out: the figures and a sentence you can paste into a note or a message appear below.
- Change a number and press again; the calculator counts 48 working weeks a year.
Limits
- The examples are illustrations, not measurements: the numbers that count are the ones you type.
- It counts 48 working weeks a year and adds nothing for holidays, sick days or the cost of mistakes.
- It says what the work costs, not what an automation saves: some of that work still needs a person to check it.
Questions
Where do the example numbers come from?
They are round illustrations of common jobs (checking supplier prices, building lead lists, typing invoices, posting to several accounts), not measurements of anyone. Replace them with your own minutes and days: the result is only as true as what you type.
Why 48 weeks?
Most people are away about four weeks a year between holidays and sick days. If your year is longer or shorter, change the days a week to match, or multiply the hours a week yourself.
What could Minda do with that time?
The jobs in the examples are the ones Minda Super Intelligence runs on a schedule in your own accounts: watch a page, scrape new rows to a file, fill a form, draft a reply. Scheduled tasks are unlimited on every plan, and a run that would pay for something waits for your OK.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The sums run in your browser and the page keeps nothing. The site counts that the tool was used (the page, the event and the site that linked you), with no cookie and no id.
