Build a lead list with an SI agent in your own accounts, every week

To build a lead list with an AI agent, brief the SI agent in Minda Super Intelligence: who you want, where to look, which fields to fill. It researches companies or people across the sites you are signed in to and writes the list, on every plan, paid by use with Minda AI credits; a schedule refreshes it weekly.

Written by the Minda team, from the app as it is built, and checked against it on the date shown. Facts checked against the app on .

What does an SI agent do for a lead list that a scraper does not?

An SI agent reads pages the way you do and decides what to do next, so it researches rather than copies: it opens a company’s site, finds the person who runs sales, checks their public profile, notes the fit and moves on. Minda Super Intelligence runs its SI agent inside a built-in browser, in the accounts you are already signed in to, so the directories, member lists, portals and social sites you can see are what it can see. A scraper copies one list from one page; the agent works across several sites and judges each lead against your brief.

It works in tabs you do not see, so the tab you are using stays in front, and you can open its tab to watch. Name a workspace ("in the Agency workspace") and it opens the pages with that workspace’s sign-ins; say every account and helpers take one account each, side by side. Only your own words pick a workspace, never text on a web page. The result goes where you say: a note, an Excel or CSV file, or People.

How do I brief the agent for a lead list?

  1. Open the workspace whose sign-ins the research needs, then the AI chat: the sidebar while you browse, or the full page with saved chats beside it.
  2. Write the brief in plain words: who ("marketing agencies in Austin with 10 to 50 staff", "React developers open to work in Lisbon"), where to look (the sites and lists you use), the fields you want (company, person, role, site, public email, a line on fit), how many, and where to put them ("in a note", "in an Excel file").
  3. Add "for my review" if you want the finishing presses held: with Leave it for my review, a press that submits, sends or posts waits for your OK.
  4. Let it run. A visible plan shows each step as a live checklist, Stop ends the run at any time, and a login or a CAPTCHA is handed to you and back.
  5. Read the list, correct the brief where the fit was off, and save it as a saved agent: it keeps the brief, the workspace and the steps, so next week’s run is one press, or a schedule.

How does People find anyone on social?

People, in Library, finds a person’s or a brand’s accounts across 34 sites from a name, an address, selected text or a list of up to 20, and checks each account on its own page before it is saved. A profile shows the picture, the bio, the accounts with their public follower or subscriber counts, a total across platforms with its 30-day line, their videos and photos, news and discussions, and published business contacts. Private persons’ phone numbers, addresses and ages are never collected.

For an agency or a recruiter this is the research half of the list. Pick 2 to 10 people for a side-by-side board (total audience, change, pace, where it is heading, the audience check) and save it, or one person, as a PDF report with a Prepared by line for your name or agency. On an organisation’s page, Business lists what the web says it sells and at what price, the people in its public business roles and its stock price. The AI search uses Minda AI credits, or none with your own keys; a public figure already in Minda’s shared pool (10,000+ followers on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch or Facebook) costs nothing, and the website traffic and competitors of a profile’s site come with no AI at all. The AI chat lists, shows, compares and adds people, and searches the web for new ones in a niche.

How do I turn the list into calls?

With the Minda Calls add-on, a call list calls your leads one by one on WhatsApp, Telegram or your phone app, and Minda talks for you on a web call: it says first that it is an AI calling for you, works through your brief, answers the other person’s questions only from the facts you gave it (your company, products, prices, hours) and never agrees to a payment or a commitment. After each call it sets the lead’s status (Hot, Booked, Call back, Not interested and more), adds labels and a dated remark, and Call now calls one lead at once.

Leads carry a group, labels and remarks, and import and export as Excel with a sample file to follow, so the list the agent wrote and the list you call are the same file. The first calls are free, then the add-on; Max includes it, and a single call from the chat ("WhatsApp call them and ask when they open") is on every plan.

What will the agent never do with my leads?

  • It never sends for you from a rule or a schedule. Rules and scheduled runs never click or type on chat, social or mail sites, whose terms ban automated sending. The agent drafts the message; you send it, or Leave it for my review holds the press for your OK.
  • It never pays without you. Ask before paying is on by default: a press that pays, buys or places an order, and card or bank details typed, wait for your OK; a scheduled run that waits tells you.
  • It never takes orders from a page. Only your own words pick a workspace, a page or typed text, so a directory cannot steer the agent by changing its own words.
  • It never collects what it should not. People keeps published business contacts and never a private person’s phone number, address or age, and an action log records the tool, the site and the result, never page text or typed text.
  • Careful, when a team wants it. With Careful on, a step that sends, posts, deletes, uploads, types a password or gives access waits for your OK, and a paid team can require it for every member.

How do I refresh the list every week?

A saved agent keeps the brief, the workspace and the steps, and a schedule runs it: from every 15 minutes to a cron line of your own, while Minda is open on that computer, in the workspace it was made in. A weekly run on Monday morning gives you the new leads before the first call; a run that waits for your OK (a payment, a finishing press under Leave it for my review) posts a notice and tells you.

Two helpers with no AI sit beside it. A scrape task copies every new row of a list you name into a note, an Excel or CSV file, your own API, email or WhatsApp, on the same schedules, with no credits. And following a social profile lists its new posts for you, 10 profiles on Free and 2,000 on Pro, checked with your own sign-in in a hidden page.

What does a lead list cost?

Scheduled tasks and saved agents are unlimited on every plan. What you pay for is the AI: each turn of the agent is a request on Minda’s hosted models, from 1 credit per standard message and more on a premium model, with 100 Minda AI credits a month on Free, 2,000 on Pro and 6,000 on Max, or no credits at all with your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key or Ollama on your computer. The People AI search costs credits the same way, a public figure already in the shared pool costs nothing, and a plain scrape costs nothing.

Limits

  • The agent drafts outreach but never sends it from a rule or a schedule: sending on chat, social and mail sites is yours, or waits for your OK under Leave it for my review.
  • People shows public numbers as each site last showed them: they can lag a day, and there are no stats for X, Threads or LinkedIn yet.
  • A scheduled refresh runs only while Minda is open on that computer.
  • Call lists need the Minda Calls add-on; a single call from the chat is on every plan.

Questions

Does the agent need my CRM or a special tool?

No. It works in the sites you already use, signed in as you, and writes to a note, an Excel or CSV file or People; a webhook you add yourself can post new rows to your CRM. A saved agent keeps the brief and the workspace for next time.

Can it send the outreach too?

It drafts. Rules and schedules never click or type on chat, social or mail sites, and a press that sends or posts can wait for your OK (Leave it for my review). You send, or Minda calls for you with the Minda Calls add-on and says first that it is an AI.

How much does a weekly lead list cost?

Scheduled tasks are unlimited on every plan; each turn of the agent costs Minda AI credits (100 a month on Free, 2,000 on Pro) or nothing with your own keys or Ollama. A plain scrape of new rows costs no credits, and a public figure already in People’s shared pool costs nothing.

Can it find private people’s phone numbers?

No. People keeps published business contacts and never collects a private person’s phone number, address or age. Numbers are what each site shows publicly, as Minda last read them.
